What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after you received confirmation of the cancelation or out-of-stock notices. The amount of time it takes for the refund to shoe on your credit card or PayPal account depends on the policies of these institutions.

What should I do if I did not receive a notice email of order?
If you have not received the notice email of the order, please check your spam folder first. Or you could find the latest status of your order in “My Orders”.
What if an item in my order is sold out?
If you ordered a sold out item, we will ship out the available items first so that you will receive them as quickly as possible. The rest of the order will be refunded to your paypal or credit card.
Can I remove item from the shopping cart?
Yes, if the order is not placed, you can remove the item from the shopping cart. But once you have placed the order, you can’t delete any item from the order.
What happens if my item is out of stock?
For our popular item, it might go out of stock quickly. The out-of-stock items will be automatically refunded once your order is processed.
